Delivery & Tracking

The standard of delivery that we set ourselves is usually a 48-hours service, although we are able to offer an overnight service on any order placed with us before 12 noon. We have always offered a 'just in time' service for emergency cases. Almost all aspects of the product elements are manufactured 'in-house' and, as proven on many occasions, we can react to situations quickly and have always ensured that no customer is let down.

Our nominated carriers have an implemented system which enables us to track each parcel on-line - meaning that should a query be made regarding to the whereabouts of a Driver Pack, we no longer need to telephone the carrier for a P.O.D. (proof of delivery). We can track the parcel ourselves and inform the customer when it is likely to be delivered, or if it has, in fact, already been delivered - provide an exact time of delivery and the name of the person who signed for the parcel.
